Flauna cheese is widely known in the Cypriot market and is mainly used at Easter for the preparation of the traditional local dish (cheese pie), the famous flauna.
“Praskitiko” handmade, premium quality, flauna cheese has a light yellow colour and a hard texture. It is produced from 100% goat and sheep milk and has a strong smell and rich taste.
After its production, it is placed in the dryer for about 7-10 days and then packed.
The product is available in variable weight packaging.
