- 300 gr fresh Constantinou halloumi cheese
- A small zucchini
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 orange pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
- 5 Wooden sticks for souvlaki
- A little virgin olive oil
- Mix spices for vegetables
Cut all your ingredients into cubes. Take the wooden stick for souvlaki and pass the vegetables and halloumi cheese vertically and alternately. Repeat the procedure until all five sticks are filled. Last, lightly brush “halloumi chhese souvlaki” with olive oil and season with vegetable spices.
You can bake your souvlaki on the grill or barbecued until golden brown on all sides.
